VILLAGE OF CANAJOHARIE — The Montgomery County Industrial Development Agency is taking over the purchase and sale agreement held by would-be cannabis cultivators E29 Labs for the Thruway Exit 29 site on the grounds of the former Beech-Nut plant.
The reassignment of the agreement will enable the MCIDA to buy the 19-acre site from Montgomery County for $550,000 under terms previously negotiated with 102 Church Street, LLC, the real estate holding company for E29 Labs.
