June 2019: The demolition of the eastern side of the site is nearing completion. Gorick Construction Co., Inc., has been working on the site since March. Working from east to west, they have demoed and cleared nearly all of the warehousing that existed and reached the creek that bifurcates the site. Some stabilization work remains, in addition to some final closeout work before this portion of the project is completed.
