VILLAGE OF CANAJOHARIE — The former Beech-Nut site in Canajoharie is back on the market and gaining a lot of interest, according to the commercial real estate broker handling the listing.
“We have some initial activity on it, and it’s actually been pretty strong,” said Jeffrey D’Amore, executive director at the Cushman and Wakefield office in Latham. “We just went live with this [Monday,] so we have some good activity.”
The site is currently controlled by the Montgomery County Industrial Development Agency (IDA), in partnership with Cushman and Wakefield and Pyramid Brokerage Co. The two real estate companies are in “alliance,” referring to their shared partnership on projects.
